WHERE DOES YOUR INTEREST IN CONSTRUCTION COME FROM?
Since I was very young, I have found great satisfaction in creating, building, changing and improving, perceiving the fruits of my labor and making my dreams come true. Over the years, I have evolved towards the globality that implies "building" and managing large work teams and eventually companies. This has allowed me to implement a work culture, design strategies, processes and procedures that allow us to be more efficient and obtain better results in the short, medium and long term. I love to transmit my knowledge, teach and contribute my experience for the benefit of the group.
MEXICO, A NEW CHALLENGE
I have always been restless and nonconformist, I like to go beyond and know the why of things. In any project in which I have been involved I have done it 100% with passion and perseverance, but once finished I was eager to seek new experiences and challenges. Working in countries like Spain, Romania and Oman, provided me with a vision of globality. Finally, in 2018 after several occasions in which I was offered the possibility of working in this great Mexican market, my family and I decided it was time. Here it is our intention to finalize our international journey.
Mexico was always on my radar professionally, I consider it a country with a great business fabric, entrepreneurial and very stable economically.
HOW HAS YOUR TRAINING AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE INFLUENCED THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AT SIRSA CONSTRUCCIÓN?
SIRSA Construcción has allowed me to "empty" and implement all the experiences and knowledge I have acquired over the years.
We have a culture around planning, self-fulfillment and happiness of the group, for this we start first of all by properly and strategically planning the focus of the company, establishing and continuously improving the right processes and procedures, working on effective communication, providing the right and necessary tools to our employees and finally, most importantly, having the right people in the right place by encouraging their professional development. Without "RIGHT PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT SEAT" everything you plan and set out to do cannot be achieved.
WHAT IS SIRSA CONSTRUCCIÓN'S PROJECTION FOR THE COMING YEARS?
In recent months we have focused on organizational culture and corporate organization, which is allowing us to grow and enable us to meet greater goals in the coming months and years.
We have positioned ourselves as a construction company with the capacity to provide a comprehensive service to its clients in pre-construction, detailed engineering modeling in BIM and carrying out projects mainly as a general contractor, including the management of permits and construction and operating licenses.
Our international experience and vision is allowing us to "understand" the needs and specifications of international clients that are coming to Nuevo Leon and all of Mexico as a result of nearshoring, offering them the service, product and quality they expect.
In industrial construction we are in the process of building more than 250,000 m2, a position we want to consolidate next year, in addition to diversifying our focus on infrastructure projects and vertical construction in the public and private sectors nationwide from the year 2023, sectors in which our technicians and management team have extensive experience of over 30 years.
