Permits and Licenses Management

We facilitate the execution of your project by arranging the legal processes with the Municipalities, States and Federal organisms. We also facilitate the arrangements with supply organizations such as electricity service, phone and Internet, natural gas and water supply.

  • We elaborate officially required designs.

  • Expert certificates - DRO.

  • Land use and property use licenses.

  • New construction, extension and rehabilitation licenses.

  • Civil protection, fire prevention and environmental licenses.

  • CFE (electricity), water supply and drainage.

BIM-Virtual Construction

We use BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the pre-construction, engineering, construction and final delivery phases. This allows us to show you the project virtually, from its birth as an idea to the final delivery, and may even extend to its operation and maintenance phase.

Advantages of BIM:

 

  • Carry out the architectural design and engineering calculations; coordinate and group them to see the “on screen” result before accepting the executive project.

  • Detect improvements, interferences, carry out simulations of the execution and visualize how the project will be once it's done. Based on this, we are able to detect:

    • What needs to be changed before starting the actual work.

    • Any Interference.

    • Avoid unnecessary work in the execution phase.

  • Perform the precise quantification of the materials needed during the construction.

  • Update the initial model during the execution phase by instantly visualizing the changes results based on what was previously indicated by the client in the execution phase.

  • Generate the project and as built plans simultaneously to the execution.

Preliminary Project

(Pre-construction)

Pre-construction includes all work after design and before the beginning of construction. It consists of transforming the architect's proposal into execution plans that are operational for builders and staff.

At SIRSA Construction we put our Engineering and Construction capacity at your disposal, together with the advantages of BIM, to turn your architectural project into an executive project. To achieve this, we prepare the most appropriate plans and models to perform the execution on site. ​

Our integrated project  prepared in the pre-construction phase, unifies the needs of the investor, architect, general contractor, subcontractors and suppliers, providing in advance the objectives, quantities, costs, risks and responsibilities. We integrate them into BIM and carry out the virtual construction  for the entire life of the project.
